Alright, I suppose I should've done this long ago, but better late than never. Here it is.
Form
Name:
Age:
Gender:
Race:
Powers:
Description: 2-3 lines min.
Personality: 2-3 lines min.
History: 3-4 lines min.
Owner/Mount: This depends on the race. If you're the type of creature that would have a mount, delete the word "owner", or if you're the type of creature who would be owned, delete the word "mount". And delete the slash... xD
Side: Please don't say "The good side" or "The bad side" as this could apply to either one depending on the character's point of view. Use the leader's name to say what side you're on. It's Galtix or Herold. Or neutral. You may also explain why if you wish.
